How the process works

We drive a fully equipped grooming van to your home or driveway. Your dog gets groomed in our van — no other dogs, no kennels, no waiting room. You stay home. When we're done, we knock on your door with a clean, happy dog.
No — everything happens in the grooming van. You don't need to clear space inside or prepare anything. Just make sure we can access your driveway or a suitable outdoor space.
A nail trim takes 15-30 minutes. A bath & brush is 1-1.5 hours. A full groom is 1.5-3 hours depending on breed size and coat condition. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Just have your dog ready and let us know of any specific concerns, areas your dog doesn't like touched, or medical conditions. That's it.

Booking & scheduling

Most clients book 3-7 days out. We can sometimes fit in same-week appointments for returning clients. If you need something urgent, call — we do our best.
We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as soon as possible.
Yes — we have many clients on 4, 6, and 8-week schedules. Regular clients get priority booking. Ask about our recurring appointment program when you call.

Your dog

Yes — we handle everything from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. We have experience with all breed styles including Poodles, Doodles, Spaniels, Huskies, German Shepherds, and more. Severely aggressive dogs may require a consultation.
Absolutely — this is one of the best use cases for mobile grooming. Elderly dogs who struggle with car rides or long waits benefit enormously from in-home grooming. We take extra time and care with seniors.
Yes — most anxious dogs do significantly better with mobile grooming. No car ride, no strange building, no other dogs barking nearby. Your dog stays in a familiar environment and gets one-on-one attention.
We handle moderate matting. Severely matted coats may require a dematting appointment, extra fees, or in some cases a referral to a brick-and-mortar salon where we can dedicate more time. We'll be honest about what we can do.

Pricing & fees

Pricing depends on your dog's breed, coat condition, size, and the service selected. See our pricing page for estimate ranges. Most full grooms for medium breeds run $85-$120. Call or fill out our form for an exact quote.
Mobile grooming typically costs 15-25% more than a traditional salon, but you're getting one-on-one attention, no drop-off/pickup logistics, and less stress for your dog. For anxious dogs or busy families, it's worth every extra dollar.
Travel within our standard 35-mile service area is included. Communities further out may have a small additional fee — ask when you book.
